はじめに
こんにちは、えむじパパです。
私のブログでは、親が英語話せなくても、子供と一緒に学べば一緒に話せるようになるを目的として、我が家の英語学習の記録を発信しています。
そこで、家族で何気なく話している会話を英語にして、一つ一つ英語で話せるようになれば、気づいた頃には日常会話を英語で話せるようになるのでは！と考えました。
コツコツ日常を切り取りながら英語で言えるようになっていこうと思います。
タイトル：毎朝のドタバタ登園タイム
世の多くのお父さん、お母さんが同じような会話をしているのではないでしょうか。
At entrance（玄関にて）
We’re going to be late, let’s hurry! we’re leaving!
（遅れちゃうから急ぐよ！出発するよ！）
Daddy, I can’t put on my shoes. Help me!
（パパ、靴はけない。手伝って！）
Okay, give me your foot. Let’s do it together.
（いいよ、足を出して。いっしょにやろう。）
We’re off! Mommy!
（行ってきます！）

At the elevator (エレベーター乗り場にて)
My daughter usually doesn’t come to the elevator right away.
(娘はいつもすぐにエレベーター前には来てくれません)
We’re in a hurry. I’ll press the button.
（急いでるからね。今日はパパが押すね。)
Nooo! I want to push it!!
（ダメー！！ボタン押す！）
Come on, hurry! Press the down button!
（ほら、急いで！下のやつだよ！）

She hesitates and doesn’t press the button.
(なかなかボタンを押さない娘)

（やだー！わたしが押したかったのに！！）(泣き)

In the elevator (エレベーターの中で)

（ほら、入ろう。エレベーター来たよ。）

(ボタン押したかったのー！) [泣きながら]
If we don’t get in, the doors will close. Hurry, hurry!
（乗らないとドア閉まっちゃうよ。急いで！）
Push the 1st floor and the close button!
（1階と閉じるボタン押して！)

（パパ！あれは蛾ちゃん？）(上を指さして)
No, that is just leaf.
(違うよ、ただの葉っぱだよ)
Here we are, 1st floor. Let’s go!
（1階に着いたよ。行こう！）

（はーい！)
Daddy, Is that a moth? (Point floor)
（パパ！あれは蛾ちゃん？）(床を指さして)
Where？… Yes, that is a moth.
(どこ？…そうだね。あれは蛾だね。。。)
These days, she is really interested in insects.
（最近、彼女は虫に興味深々でございます。）
今回の学び（Today’s takeaway）
put on [clothes, shoes, hat…]
- 意味：「服や靴などを身につける、着る」です。
- 例文：
- Can you put on your outfit by yourself?
（自分で洋服着れる？）

take off [clothes, shoes, hat…]
- 意味：「（服などを）脱ぐ、取り外す」です。
- 例文：
- She always takes off her socks when she gets home.
（彼女はいつも家に帰ってきたら靴下を脱ぎます）
