ABC Songから英語を学ぼう (Let’s learning English from ABC Song)
こんにちは、最近親子(娘3歳)で英語を学び始めたえむじパパです。
(Hello, I’m emuji Papa, and I’ve recently started learning English together with my 3-year-old daughter.)
まずは子供と英語を学ぶきっかけとしてABC Songを一緒に聞いてみました。
(As a first step, we listened to the ABC Song together.)
ABC Songは英語のアルファベットを覚えるために、誰もが一度は聞いたことがある歌だと思います。
（I think the ABC Song is a song everyone has heard at least once when learning the English alphabet. ）

娘のリアクション(Daughter’s reaction)
ABC SongはいろんなバージョンのものがYoutube上にありますが、娘はしまじろうが気に入ったのでしまじろうVerは興味を持ちながら何度も見ていました。
(There are many versions of the ABC Song on YouTube, but my daughter really liked the Shimajiro version. She watched it many times with great interest.)
見始めて2日目にはA－B－C－Dー＊＊＊＊＊、H－I－J－K－＊＊＊＊ と部分的に覚えて口ずさんでいました。
(By the second day of watching, she was already humming parts of it, like “A-B-C-D-” and “H-I-J-K-.” ）
なので今後はしまじろうのABC Songをはじめとしたしまじろうの英語のコンテンツで英語に興味を持ってもらうと思います。
(So, from now on, I think I’ll use Shimajiro’s ABC Song and other Shimajiro English content to help her develop more interest in English.
私のリアクション(My reaction)
現代のABCSongが私が知っているABCSongとリズムが異なっており、地味に覚えるのに苦労しました。
(The modern version of the ABC Song has a different rhythm from the one I knew, so I actually struggled a bit to memorize it.)
最初に聞いたとき、え。思ってたんと違うってなりました笑
(When I first heard it, I was like, “Huh? That’s not how I remember it,” and I couldn’t help but laugh.)

今回の学び（Today’s takeaway）
“Won’t you ～？”の意味と使い方
歌詞: “Now I know my ABCs, next time won’t you sing with me?”
- 意味: 「～してくれませんか？」という丁寧な依頼や誘い
- 例文:
- Won’t you join us? → 一緒に来ませんか？
- Won’t you help me? → 手伝ってくれませんか？
- ニュアンス: 優しく、相手に配慮した言い方。
